So as a part of more positive lifestyle, exercising is a must for me. I've to decided to jump off the sofa and get a bit fitter in ready for next summer, in doing so, I have to have a pair of trainers that I can wear with comfort and support. I have always had difficult feet, I'm flat footed so it's made it difficult to find a brand of trainers that really work for me. I have tried everything from New Balance to home brand trainers, and nothing has ever seemed to work, my feet always ached after half an hour of working out. So I caved and bought a pair of the famous "Nikey's" and hoped that the reason they were so famous was due to ultimate comfort. I went onto the online apparel site {http://asos.com} and found a pair that I loved that were actually on sale at the time for £45 and there were so many options on there! I would always advise someone to try and find a bargain before buying full price. So I ordered my size and hoped for the best! And they were so god damn perfect. I fell in love.
The Nike Lunarglide trainers are specialised for training in runs, on and off the treadmill. The high comfort comes from the extremely flexible midsole designed by Lunarlon and the soft foam cushioning in the collar gives for a better grip to your heel. When I first went walking in these, they were like walking on clouds, and the colour is perfect for brightening up any dull day that you might be having. Am I the only one that gets happy when I see something brightly coloured? Let me know if you do too.
I honestly love the Nike brand, and it really is worth every penny. If you are looking to splurge a little more in regards to a pair of running trainers, I would definitely recommend Nike, it really is a well thought out product that is worth all the hype that surrounds it.
