Well I want to write a public appreciation for one of the most inspirational women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I know this is a pretty standard thing to say about your mum, but I have honestly looked up to her my entire life, and have never been more honoured to be her daughter as I am today. I only hope that when the day comes that I become a mother, I do it with as much grace as she did. She has showered me with love and support, through thick and thin, and has always been right behind me, ready to catch me if I fall. She has never made me doubt her love and for that I am sincerely grateful and I don't think that she could ever comprehend the gratitude I have for her.
So mum, I didn't know how to do this, or how to compress into a written format how much I love you, so the best I could do is the top 10 reasons why I love you. But just know, there are another million reasons that follow.
1. You inspire me when I least expect it.
2. You support me without even having to think twice.
3. You are my steady constant throughout the craziness.
4. You taught me to unconditionally love the people who matter.
5. You are the voice of reason when my impulsive mind is racing.
6. You have taught me the importance of compassion.
7. You would give up everything you had just to see us happy.
8. You have taught me things that I will carry with me forever.
9. You love without judgement.
10. You care too much. What may seem like a flaw sometimes, is actually your greatest asset.
Happy Mother's Day! Let's make it another one to remember.

You have always been another inspirational woman that I have been blessed to know. You took me under your wing when I came back to the UK, and made me feel like I had a second mum while my real one was 12,000 miles away. I cannot express how grateful I am that you were there. And I miss you more every day. I expect you to get your butt over here for a holiday soon! I love you.
